Winter 2025

Work from this winter, built around my repeating dot pattern that runs under and over everything else, sometimes like fabric, sometimes like a veil laid over the paint. Warm, muted color fields sit beneath it. In a couple of pieces a loose figure drawing surfaces through the grid, but the pattern stays the constant. Less about any one image than about what happens when a structure that regular gets layered against something that loose.
